The City Parks Department is responsible for managing 40 cemeteries in the Cape Town municipal area. Wallacedene Cemetery is a peaceful area that honours the deceased and provides the community with a green space for remembrance. The Wallacadene Cemetery spans 9.4 hectares.

Monday to Friday (burials)
09:00 – 15:00
Saturday
09:00 – 13:00
By special appointment on Sundays.
Cemeteries are able to operate on certain public holidays, please contact the facility to find out more.
